NEW: Centered Yoga is beneficial for everyone and especially to support the dance practice to make our body equally strong, to center the body, to improve our body alignment and to shift our attention from the front to the back of body and brain.
Centered Yoga emphasizes the engagement of the physical and energetic 'center' in any posture.
A special attention is given to body alignment to improve our easiness in movement and stillness.
The practice of yoga helps to release tension, allowing the energy to flow more freely while making our body stronger; it develops awareness and improves the ability to focus our attention, while enhancing physical balance and wellbeing.
